Clearing the Haze

It’s been a very long time since I originally said I’d make this post, but the personal lives of Shallissa and I took precedence leading to our departure from the community in the middle of 2022. We’ve been back in SWAT for a few weeks and now feel ready to write this post addressing controversies that arose before we left earlier this year.  These allegations vary in severity and it is time that I discuss these one by one instead of staying quiet and letting a narrative formulate. I’ll be putting all my cards on the table to avoid any ambiguity as to what is false versus what I own up to and apologise for.

In no particular order:

Part I: The Mansionz Controversy

The Mansionz Controversy refers to an incident that occurred during a war between the People’s Imperial Confederation and the Secret Service in the latter half of 2021. PIC had seen success while at war with the Golden Troops and Post Malone Army. I kept tabs on the war and did my best to support them, though I was serving as Associate Director at Club Penguin Army Headquarters and retired from PIC at the time. At this point the Secret Service took advantage of the war and declared war on our colony, Sidie’s Rangers.

Sidie’s Rangers was originally a meme army I had made to enjoy with my friends, but it held numerous servers for PIC during the Fool’s Gold War. SS’s declaration that excluded any allies or dual enlists ensured that they would take any and all of the servers SR had accumulated, as all of our members were from throughout the community and PIC itself. Facing certain defeat, the PIC leaders and myself hatched a plan to rescue the servers we had gained.

The plan was convoluted. Sidie’s Rangers would remove its colonial status and declare war on PIC. We would then intentionally make SR break the terms of the war so that all servers were transferred to PIC by default. To do this I decided to log on to an account I had made for a friend in 2019, Mansionz, and use it to harass PIC leaders in-game in an attempt to forfeit the war. This plan worked at first, but it went too far with Mansionz sending obscenities to the opposing side. Later in the day while I was asleep, the situation was investigated by CP Army Network, for which the PIC leadership constructed a defense for me. CPAN could not find evidence to conclude I was guilty and administrator F6ixer subsequently apologised in a post.

To be completely transparent, this is my fault wholeheartedly. Though this was discussed and orchestrated by the leadership it was ultimately a tactic employed by me. It was not becoming of myself who, though not CPAHQ Director in Chief yet, was still a member of their administration. The correct course of action would have been to own up to it and provide an apology to those involved including F6, but this is something I didn’t do. I wanted to preserve my own image and compromised my morals in doing so. Though it is long overdue I am sorry to those I caused grief, especially to F6. The tactic was machiavellian and manipulative. I regret denying the truth of the controversy and allowing others to take the fall for my actions. I hope I have helped provide clarity on this issue.

Part II: Improper Conduct in CPAHQ

There have been allegations made about my behaviour during my tenure as Director in Chief (DiC) of Club Penguin Army Headquarters which need to be addressed. During December of 2021 I found myself thrusted into the DiC position due to the unexpected absence of incumbent director Doctor Mine Turtle. Though considerably inexperienced for the role I remained motivated and to this day I maintain pride in my accomplishments at the organisation and my involvement as an admin. Despite this, however, I was not without my faults.

At numerous points during my time in CPAHQ I found myself in the general chat of the Discord server using my permissions to ping everyone as well as individual roles. In these instances I was quite often intoxicated. It was usually very tame, though on New Years Eve I thought it would be amusing to send various TikToks in the chat while pinging users. The nature of these TikToks were questionable at best.

Although nothing explicit was ever sent, as it was allowed on TikTok, it was definitely unbecoming to send in chats with people of all ages and demographics. This behaviour was not responsible and I understand why people had issues with my actions. I own up to that wholeheartedly and I am sorry for using my position of power in such a manner.

Part III: Behaviours Within PIC

I have been ever-present in the happenings of the People’s Imperial Confederation, having created the army in October of 2019. Numerous accusations have been made over the past year regarding my conduct in the army.

To begin with, it has been said that I would drink alcohol in the presence of members of the PIC High Command, some of whom were under the age of 18. This is undoubtedly true. Myself, as well as other individuals such as Shallissa, found ourselves drinking in voice chat on occasion while long and short term members of the HCOM team were present. While this can lead to improper behaviour I maintain that my conduct was acceptable for the most part.

Drinking alcohol publicly in Discord servers is common throughout the community and I don’t believe this by itself is reason for apology. This did, however, lead to a mistake that I vehemently regret. In early 2022 I found myself and Shallissa drinking in a voice chat with Manuginobili, a former leader of PIC. This is following his repulsive decision to spread an adult video of another member of the army community without their consent. This video was shared to me by him in early 2021. Despite this we made the impromptu decision to allow him back into the army. At this moment we did not consider his past actions, and as such hiring him was a grave mistake. The instant Shallissa woke up, however, we realised the gravity of the situation and as such he was banned instantly and we refused to follow up his desires for clarity.

The choice we made to approve his return without full consideration of his misdeeds was a large oversight and he should have not been permitted to come back in the first place, and for this I apologise profusely. I have personal grievances with Manu, having exposed my private identity as transgender. He doxxed pictures of me pre-transition and gave out my old name to members of the community. With everything considered it should have been clear that allowing him space in the server I created was out of the question, yet we did it anyway. I cannot begin to describe the regret I feel. To the victim of his actions for which hiring him likely caused distress, I apologise.

There is one allegation that I will not allow room for. Estranged PIC leader Cabin has made the claim that the adult video in question was sent by me in a group that involved him and other individuals under the age of 18. This is something that never happened. There is no other testimony corroborating this and, while I have made mistakes in the past, this is something that I could never do and am not capable of doing. I will not tolerate this baseless accusation and I find any suggestion of the sort to be repulsive. I also find my removal from the Army of Club Penguin over the situation to be a complete betrayal. This jeopardized my character and shattered my reputation. ACP is a community that I cherished and spent years of my life in, yet I was removed without the opportunity to testify. I will never get those years back. I’ve owned up to the other mistakes I have made and those were already known to the ACP administration months before my removal, but I refuse to allow something so vile to be associated with me. If this were true I would not dare show my face in the community again. You can criticise my past actions but I am not going to indulge in this fabrication whatsoever.

Part IV: Conclusion

I have at this point addressed all that must be addressed. It took a considerable period for me to get to writing this, but now that I have a presence in the community once more I think it was only right to own up to my faults and speak from my perspective. Thank you for taking the time to read this. I hope to move on from this as best as I can and learn from my mistakes. I wish you all a happy new year.

Sidie… I forgive you, and I still care about you. You and Sha are one of the best people/leaders of PIC that I have ever befriended and became allies with during my time with TCP and the alliance between TCP and PIC!
